Ingredients
4 banana prawns
1 tbsp. flour
20g corn flakes, crushed
20g Panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 rasher of bacon, long
2 tbsp. pineapple aoili
40g coleslaw
4 slices of roma tomatoes
2 coral lettuce leaves
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
100g thick cut chips
3 slices white bread
Chicken salt
Pepper
Wooden skewers

Method
Crumb prawns with panko and corn flakes
Preheat V-ZUG oven to hot air steam 230 degrees
Put chips in preheated oven for 20 minutes
Place bacon, prawns and toast on tray and bake for last 10 minutes
Assemble sandwich in the following order: toast, avocado, egg, prawns, aioli, toast, lettuce, coleslaw, bacon and tomato
Skewer sandwich on 4 locations and cut
Arrange chips in middle.
